On our hunt for Geocaches we drove up to Glenbeg Lough, just outside Ardgroom, Co Cork. A really nice place to discover, quite a sizable lake with a pick-nick area and I think – a lot of future hiking potential.
This was the hiding place of one of the geo-cashes we were after today. These are little hidden containers with bits and bops in them and we have recently started getting addicted to finding them. Kaya was most delighted finding it – there was a Pegga Pig toy inside in the thing.
Driving home via the Ring of Beara – coast road we got a lovely sunset to look at in the mirrors of the Space Star.
